Vom Mietvertrag bis zur Übergabe hat alles perfekt geklappt und es wurde stets professionell gearbeitet. Sie haben sogar zwei Küchengeräte ausgetauscht, ohne dass wir danach gefragt hätten! :-) Tolle Arbeit und viele Grüße an das gesamte Team – macht weiter so!

Wir hatten noch nie eine so gute Hausverwaltung. Wenn wir ein Problem in der Wohnung hatten, wurde immer schnell ein zuverlässiger Handwerker vermittelt. Die Übergabe der Wohnung, sowohl beim Ein- als auch beim Auszug, verlief reibungslos. Es kam zu einem Missverständnis und trotzdem wurde eine professionelle und schnelle Lösung gefunden. Dieses Unternehmen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für das wunderbare Mietverhältnis und ein besonderer Dank geht an Frau Wirth.

Yesterday we had an apartment handover with Ms. Jara Wirth, even though she had no idea about cleaning. She came with Kuvazi and a caretaker, even though he also had no idea about cleaning. They agreed with the owner that the apartment would not be taken over, and that the apartment costs would be split between the two. The embarrassment of the management afterwards. They didn't take over the apartment. On site, they discussed that the apartment costs would be split 50/50 between the customer. Ms. Wirth and the caretaker discussed this. I've never seen a property like this. Stay away from these properties. They treated us like this. We would even go to court. The caretaker told Ms. Wirth, "I'll give you a commission of 350 CHF." I won't take the apartment like this. They should have told us who they needed money instead of making such a fuss. They only cause chaos and shame for the sake of money. Keep your hands off these properties. I would like to give them 0 because 1 star is too much for people like that who just do dirty things for money.

It is unfortunate that our experience with Imhof Immobilien was extremely negative. The sales process proved to be disappointing, especially since a potential buyer was found after about six months, and the contract was notarized despite the lack of a promise of payment. Due to my lack of expertise in this matter, I assumed this was unnecessary. However, I later learned that a promise of payment is usually customary to ensure the potential client remains committed. After the contract was notarized, Imhof Immobilien received a commission of CHF 21,000. We were subsequently offered the prospect of a more favorable commission arrangement in the event of a re-contract. Unfortunately, despite inquiring, we never received any feedback regarding the exact terms. The situation was ignored. The commission was billed to the backed-out buyers. The fact that Imhof Immobilien did not offer any concessions regarding a more favorable commission, nor were any negotiations possible, reinforces our dissatisfaction with the company. This experience leads me to advise anyone against working with Imhof Immobilien. It seems as though money is ultimately lost without any successful sales.

Incredibly poor accessibility and unreliable. It takes weeks to get a reply to emails, and they are also very difficult to reach by phone. You're put off for weeks, and when it comes to important issues like mold in the basement, absolutely nothing happens for months. I've rarely experienced such an incompetent property management company.
