Top Shop für Kaffeemaschinen. Herr Gloor hat eine Leidenschaft für Kaffeemaschinen. Er repariert sie, wenn andere sie schon weggeworfen haben. Er verfügt über ein Lager im Laden und im Keller. Sein Fachwissen ist enorm. Für Veranstaltungen können Sie bei ihm auch Kaffeemaschinen mieten.
Heute habe ich meine DeLonghi Specialista zum Gloor Elektroservice gebracht, nachdem eine andere Servicestelle die Reparatur als „unmöglich, nicht finanzierbar“ eingestuft hatte. Herr Gloor unterbrach spontan seine Arbeit und reparierte die Maschine mit wenigen Handgriffen und den richtigen Teilen. Es läuft wieder einwandfrei und das zu einem äußerst fairen Preis. Ich kann diesen Shop nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank, es war eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung!
Many thanks for the professional repair of my ECM Synchronika coffee machine. From the very first contact, I received expert and friendly advice. Mr. Gloor explained the repair process and the subsequent testing of the coffee machine in detail. The complex repair itself was carried out quickly and professionally, and the machine is now working perfectly again. Mr. Gloor took care of my small DeLonghi Dedica Arte coffee machine and successfully resolved my issue. This was made possible because Mr. Gloor, first and foremost, doesn't assume that something is impossible, but rather that nothing is! With this attitude, he accomplishes things in his workshop with patience, craftsmanship, and his vast wealth of experience that border on small miracles, like the one with my little DeLonghi.
I brought my coffee machine (portafilter machine) in for service and was completely satisfied. After the initial service, a few minor issues arose that weren't related to the original repair. These were resolved without any complications. I particularly appreciated the detailed explanations they gave me on-site, including useful tips on how to use and care for the machine. I even received a replacement machine during the repair, which made the service even more pleasant. Although I didn't purchase my machine there, I received excellent service. If I ever need a new coffee machine in the future, I will definitely buy it there. Highly recommended! Thank you so much :)
