Perfect, from reception to return after repairs! Very friendly initial contact by phone, prompt appointment, explanation of the possible repair options that even a layperson could understand. A replacement car was provided, and then a call that the front tire had a "large dent" that would probably burst on a subsequent trip... I was able to bring a spare tire, and it was replaced without any problems upon pickup. The car was freshly cleaned inside and out (finally again), and the blue spare note, which I had hidden so well that I had long forgotten about it, was placed in an envelope on the passenger seat! The invoice was also a pleasant surprise. A family business, as you would expect! Compliments and many thanks!

From the initial contact to picking up my car, the service was incredibly friendly, professional, and transparent.
