Unglaublich lange Wartezeiten. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass sie unterbesetzt oder überfordert sind. Ich vermisse mein altes Zusatzfahrrad! Ich bin auf mein Fahrrad angewiesen und habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Ich habe auch mein Fahrrad nach einem Unfall zurückgebracht, und sie haben nicht einmal gefragt, ob sie das kaputte Licht reparieren könnten, was ich sehr schade finde.
Ein super freundliches und kompetentes Team. Wir wurden gut beraten und sind begeistert von unseren neuen E-Bikes. Wir fühlen uns immer willkommen.
