Updates sind mühsam; Seit ich Verleger geworden bin (vor 3 Jahren), hat noch nie einer sofort gearbeitet. Das bedeutet hin- und hergehendes Telefonieren, Ticketausstellung und jedes Mal ca. 4 Stunden Mehrarbeit für das Unternehmen, was derzeit sogar zu einem Produktionsstillstand führt. Der Kundenservice ist unglaublich langsam; Guter Service ist etwas ganz anderes. (Übrigens läuft das System nicht einmal auf Apple-Geräten.)

Ich benutze die Software seit etwa 10 Jahren. Es bietet viele Anpassungsmöglichkeiten und ist einfach zu bedienen. Durch die Mandantenfähigkeit kann ich die Buchhaltung für mehrere Mandanten verwalten. Da es sich um ein Schweizer Unternehmen handelt, ist der Support unkompliziert und Sie wissen, wer Ihr Ansprechpartner ist. Darüber hinaus können Sie Verbesserungsvorschläge machen. Ich kann die Software auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Seit über 15 Jahren nutzen wir in unserem Unternehmen die Q3-Software. Die Software ist einfach und klar strukturiert, sodass sie auch für neue Benutzer leicht zu erlernen und zu verwenden ist. Auch das Anpassen verschiedener Funktionen ist unkompliziert, so dass wir das Programm jederzeit an unsere spezifischen Bedürfnisse anpassen können. Sollte einmal etwas schief gehen, ist unser Telefon- und E-Mail-Support schnell und effizient.

The software is quite good and easy to use. The support, however, leaves much to be desired. We've been customers for over 10 years, and yet we rarely receive proper help. We're expected to forward inquiries about technical errors (bugs) to their technicians ourselves. Why is that? Am I supposed to make the bed in the morning too? The software is worth its price, in our opinion, but the support... well, I can't think of anything positive to say about it.

We've been using Q3 software for many years. We don't use all the packages, but the ones we need are perfect for us. The applications fulfill our needs, and we're completely satisfied with them. The transition to QR invoices went smoothly thanks to the excellent support; we were one of the first to use QR invoices in our municipality... If anything isn't clear, the support team is there to help us, even with simple questions. We're happy to recommend this software.

We've been using Q3 for over 20 years (back then on MS-DOS), and today we manage it for over 30 clients. In recent years, several useful and powerful features have been added (e.g., filtering, importing bank data, customizing/modifying printouts, exporting/importing, etc.). The software is modular; you only order what you need, from simple club accounting to a comprehensive ERP system. It's client-supporting and, for some time now, also network-compatible. It's easy to learn, with much of it being self-explanatory. The annual license fees are reasonable considering the range of features. We can wholeheartedly recommend it.
