Unsere Erfahrungen mit Travelcoup waren immer ausgezeichnet. Es ist verständlich, dass Flüge verschoben oder umgeleitet werden, denn mit dem Sonderpreis muss man irgendwie über die Runden kommen. Für Sie wäre es wichtig, Ihre Werbung zu verbessern. Hier auf Ibiza kennt dich praktisch niemand. Jeder, den ich von Ihnen erzähle, ist begeistert.

„Vorsicht Travelcoop – absolut unzuverlässig!“ Ich habe einen Flug nach Palma gebucht, der zwei Tage vor Abflug einfach um einen Tag verschoben wurde. Am Wochenende war niemand erreichbar, um das Problem zu lösen. Keine angemessene Entschädigung. Vier Wochen später habe ich noch nicht einmal eine Rückerstattung des Ticketpreises erhalten – auf E-Mails wurde überhaupt nicht mehr geantwortet. Ich musste sogar einen Anwalt einschalten. Der Kundenservice ist schlechter als bei jeder Billigfluggesellschaft. Bleib weg!

The flight was delayed by over six hours the day before, for no apparent reason. According to Travelcoup, the reason was "unusual operational circumstances beyond our control." Despite an email inquiry (a month ago), I still haven't received a response. Their website advertises "first-class service," but paying customers are left waiting for hours, and customer inquiries aren't even answered. The one star is for the crew, who provided excellent service that day. The concept is great, but the execution is poor. I'll be flying business class with a conventional airline again.

Our flight was canceled twice, one day before departure. After several inquiries, the money was finally refunded weeks later. The second time, since July, we haven't received a refund at all, and still haven't! It's questionable whether this airline is even solvent or still exists. In any case, a huge disappointment and not recommended. It's a shame, the idea was good, but the execution is very questionable. Best to steer clear. A few weeks later: We were offered a free flight to Mallorca as compensation for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, no one has responded, even after two inquiries. It seems the free flight offer has been forgotten, or perhaps the airline no longer exists? It's a pity; it would have been a nice gesture. But this has definitely put us off flying with Travelcoup. This is not what luxury and comfort service should be!
