Keine Empfehlungen. Ich habe einen Vinylboden gekauft und nach drei Monaten ist er von schlechter Qualität, weist Kratzer auf, die Ecken wellen sich und so weiter. Beschwerde abgelehnt, angeblich aufgrund eines Benutzerfehlers. Keine Lösungen angeboten, weder von HWZ noch vom Baumarkt.

Addendum to your reply: Yes, I am personally dissatisfied and frustrated because your product doesn't meet my expectations. I'm expressing precisely that, and the fact that I didn't feel I was being taken care of. Nothing more, nothing less. The impression that you're avoiding direct dialogue is evidently the result of communication difficulties on your part. If your email processes were functioning properly, this impression wouldn't have arisen. Speaking of "the best products" and "positive feedback" – the reviews tell a different story. Bought vinyl flooring at Bauhaus. The sales consultant said it could be glued down. However, after a short time, the ends of several panels began to warp upward. I'm also dissatisfied with the durability of the surface, as the vinyl scratches easily. I had to fill out the complaint form and send an email three times before anyone addressed the issue. In my opinion, the problem wasn't handled seriously. Instead, I was referred to the installation instructions. Conclusion: Even if you don't see any product defects, I can't find much positive in your product. It would fail a review simply because none of the information you mentioned is directly on the product. I find it very cumbersome that you first have to scan a QR code, search for the right product, and then flip through the manual.

I had a complaint about the vinyl flooring I had installed. Contacting the manufacturer was very professional via a form (a few too many questions, but OK). They quickly determined that there was a valid reason for the complaint, and it was resolved immediately without any fuss. I'm very pleasantly surprised and pleased that the company listens to its customers not only during sales but also when handling complaints... that's usually where the wheat is separated from the chaff. Everything went perfectly for me, and I'm very satisfied. I can wholeheartedly recommend HWZ. Thanks also to the BAUHAUS team in the wood department (Vienna 22 - Kagran), who coordinated everything. Perfect service for the customer.

We bought 40 square meters of vinyl flooring from this company through a home improvement store, paying approximately €30 per square meter. Some packages contained damaged or scratched vinyl planks. We had to lay the flooring over the weekend because our furniture delivery was due. We had to position many of the damaged planks in a way that concealed the damage, placing them where our furniture would be placed. An email (October 3, 2022) with pictures went unanswered. We paid a lot of money for poor quality. We read a second email with a read receipt, but received no response. We cannot recommend this company. November 11, 2022: Customer service contacted us after the Google review, and we were able to resolve the issue to some extent. Customer service gets 3 stars because they didn't respond to the email. The bad taste in our mouths about the poor quality remains, see text above.
