Ich habe mein Portemonnaie im Europa-Park-Bus vergessen und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich es im Eurobus-Depot in Bassersdorf abgeben solle. Als ich das erste Mal dort war, war es geschlossen. Bei meinem zweiten Versuch – am 4. Juni – wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass Fundsachen bereits nach vier Wochen entsorgt werden. Entsorgt! Und das Schlimmste? Die Frau konnte mir nicht sagen, ob es noch da war, ob es der Polizei übergeben worden war oder ganz woanders gelandet war. Sie hatte absolut keine Ahnung. Sie wusste einfach nichts – weder wo, noch wann, noch wie. Und das, obwohl sich mein Ausweis darin befand. Das ist nicht nur ein verlorenes Stück Papier – es ist ein offizielles Dokument! Wie kann man nach so kurzer Zeit etwas mit persönlichen Daten „wegwerfen“? Das ist nicht nur unverantwortlich, sondern möglicherweise sogar illegal. Ich bin ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht darüber, wie mit diesen Dingen umgegangen wird.

The situation with the school bus service is absolutely appalling! The drivers don't speak German and are incapable of following instructions. They sugarcoat everything on the phone, emails are NEVER answered, and mistakes are always blamed on someone else. This company has been operating in the city of Winterthur for three years and still can't manage a week without making a mistake! And I'm not talking about two-minute delays due to traffic. I'm talking about serious safety deficiencies! Laws are simply ignored, and children are either not secured or not properly restrained. And to top it all off, the city tolerates everything, essentially ripping off taxpayers who are paying for a service that isn't being provided! Thanks for the cronyism and shady dealings of a Third World country!

School bus drivers wearing FFP masks? Seriously? I'm worried about my children who have to ride with your drivers! Besides, shouldn't children be able to see facial expressions and such? Can't you find decent drivers, at least for the children?
