Diese Firma hat meine Daten aus völlig unerklärlichen Gründen erhalten und versendet normalerweise massenhaft E-Mail-Spam, aber heute Morgen habe ich sogar einen Brief per Post erhalten! Wenn Sie nicht möchten, dass Ihr Unternehmen mit negativen Bewertungen überschwemmt wird, meiden Sie diese Marketingfirma auf jeden Fall!

Versendet Spam-E-Mails und speichert und verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten illegal in seinen Datenbanken: „Lieber E-Mail-Empfänger, Sie erhalten diese E-Mail, weil Sie in der Adressdatenbank der KünzlerBachmann Directmarketing SIG AG registriert sind.“ Das ist völlig unethisch. Ich habe mich hierfür weder registriert noch mit der Verarbeitung oder Speicherung meiner Daten einverstanden. Und selbst eine Aufforderung zur Löschung der Daten bleibt unbeantwortet. Achtung: Diese Organisation ist absolut unethisch!!!

I've done some research over the last four years, and in 95% of cases, I received absolutely conclusive and logical answers. I attribute the remaining 5% to the time factor (going back up to 20 years), human error, and the fact that documentation isn't always 100% complete. "KEY FINDING / STATEMENT" A reputable email marketing email always includes at least an unsubscribe link/option that the recipient can and should use. Reputable companies will respect this within a maximum of three business days and will never share this information.
