Wir hatten ein Team von drei Leuten (Alex, Seidi und Lucas), die uns beim Umzug halfen und die Möbel mit Decken und Verpackungsfolie hervorragend schützten. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil für uns war, dass wir mit ihnen in den Lastwagen reisen konnten, was uns viel Zeit sparte. Beachten Sie, dass die Angebote keine Steuern enthalten. Es hinterlässt einen schlechten Geschmack, wenn man es versäumt, aber am Ende ist es nur eine kleine Menge mehr.

Bozo, Ruben und das Team waren großartig. Sie gingen äußerst effizient mit der Zeit um und gingen vorsichtig mit all unseren Sachen um. Sie waren auch sehr freundlich und respektvoll. Wir haben bald einen weiteren Umzug vor uns und werden sie auf jeden Fall wieder kontaktieren. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Excellent service. We had a meeting a couple of weeks before the move so as to have an estimate of number of boxes that we would need, number of hours for the whole move and price. The estimation was very accurate and the price fair (not the cheapest offer we had, but the most reliable in terms of number of movers and their experience). We were really satisfied. And we have recommended this company to some acquaintances that have recently moved too and they were very happy too. We also requested the final cleaning of the old apartment and it went very well too.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. From the packaging of the furniture and paintings, to the moving of all the furniture. They damaged the ceiling in one of our rooms and did not even tell us! We had to tell them because they were running away. Not to mention that to fix this issue they sent a painter, which never arrived. I had to book 3 appointments to have the ceiling repainted, and obviously it is not at all as it was before the move. On top of that, their customer service is terrible. They do not care about the client, all they want is the money. They constantly only wanted to be paid and in a short time frame or they will bill you extra costs. In one word: AVOID
