Straightforward processing and reliable execution. Highly recommended.
I am very satisfied. I had a number of documents translated and everything went smoothly. I can only recommend you.
A very bad experience! I had to have my secondary school and university diplomas, including a subject overview, translated. Initial communication was quite straightforward, with me uploading the documents as JPGs via email. The translation itself was riddled with errors, typical "Google Translate" mistakes, even entire sentences and common abbreviations being translated incorrectly. I reviewed the comments with the translator and partially accepted her feedback. Up to that point, it wasn't excellent, but acceptable. I received the certified documents at home, but they were outdated versions and even included the colored highlights from the Word document. After my complaint, they informed me they would correct them and send the outdated versions again as attachments. I checked everything again and reported the issue. The only response was that they had received these documents as the last email. Of course, and how foolish of me, I assumed the translator would make her own corrections, not that I, the customer, would have to. I complained again, warning them that the texts were incorrect, even providing screenshots. The report was ignored, and I received information that these documents had been sent for authentication. I wasn't expecting special assistance, but rather professional service, and that is certainly not the case.
