Freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit.
A very unpleasant experience at this coffee stand in Brienz. When buying my coffee, I accidentally pressed the "small coffee" button. Instead of clarifying the situation, I was charged twice for the coffee at two different prices. For a single coffee in a cup, I paid a total of CHF 8.30, which is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, the saleswoman was arrogant and rude, with no willingness to admit or correct the mistake. I will report this incident to the relevant authorities, as double and contradictory billing is unacceptable. It's a real shame – a place as beautiful as Brienz deserves much better service.
Very unfriendly saleswoman. Smokes during work hours and yells at customers. I parked in a parking space with a 15-minute limit and only sat in the car for two minutes before she loudly complained that I had to get into the kiosk immediately. She repeatedly said I'd been standing there for a long time, even though I knew it had been exactly two minutes. The customer decides for themselves when to enter the store – very unprofessional behavior.
Unfortunately, today we were told the store was already closed when we went to get a coffee, and we stepped outside and noticed that it was closing at 6:00 PM. And we saw a customer next door enter the store and make a purchase. He didn't feel like answering us. And when I see the comments here, I wonder why they didn't want to serve us as customers. Super arrogant, that woman with glasses. Please hire people who want to work.
