Optic2000 WARNUNG ⚠️ 120 CHF für einen sogenannten Sehtest zu 55 CHF, der sich als falsch herausstellt und Sie dazu zwingt, einen überstürzten und ungefähren Test zu 60 CHF zu wiederholen. Sie bieten Ihnen eine Versicherung an (eine Scheinversicherung), und wenn Sie feststellen, dass der erste und der zweite Test diese immer noch nicht abdecken, und wenn ein Auge getestet wird, haben Sie einen Grauen Star = Operation!! Die Managerin, eine Fachfrau, hat es angeblich bei den Tests gesehen... aber sie will nur etwas verkaufen, was dazu führt, dass man umsonst eine neue Brille mit neuen Gläsern braucht. Und das alles innerhalb der 3-monatigen Garantiezeit, mit einer Augenoperation im 4. Monat, sodass Sie gezwungen sind, für neue Linsen mit einer anderen Sehstärke zu bezahlen!! Die Antwort des Managers? Keine Zeit zum Reden, keine Terminvereinbarung möglich, um zu besprechen, was zu tun ist und wie! Ein riesiger Betrug ‼️

About three months ago, I rushed into the store in a complete panic. The lens of my glasses had shattered, and I was totally lost because I couldn't see anything without them. My previous optician refused to help, but Optic2000 was there for me immediately. Not only did they give me contact lenses to tide me over until my new glasses arrived, but they really went the extra mile, advising me and delivering my new glasses that same week. I was thrilled! I'd never worn glasses before. My ophthalmologist prescribed a pair for me, so I chose Optic 2000 because I'm at the Centre Brügg once a week. The service was excellent. They were incredibly competent, and I've rarely experienced such great and friendly service. The glasses weren't quite perfect the first time, so I was given a second appointment where everything was professionally checked and the lenses were adjusted. Many thanks to Ms. Bachmann. Truly superb service!
