This review concerns the Landi shop in Eysins. There is a very significant occurrence of false indications of prices in this shop which many customers may rightly suspect that it is a SYSTEMIC occurence , done purposefully by the management of this shop in order to increase profits! But this is illegal, forbidden by Swiss laws : the law against the wrong indication of prices and the law against disloyal competition! This would amount to “ arnaque”! In addition there are “ errors” at the cash registry, f.ex. checking in double the quantity of some goods purchased! This is followed by cumbersome procedures ( a mess, un gachis ! ) of either verbal or written complaints to both; the persons responsible in the shop, or those who are presented as such, or to the client service ( Kundendienst). Several returns to the shop, long discussions, long correspondence by numerous e -mails, queuing at the cash registry etc. A complete waste of time for the client! In particular, as it happened recently, when the responsible manager, despite having been informed about a complaint about an “error “ at the cash registry to my detriment! and having announced my visit to this shop to settle the reimbursement of the amount wrongly charged to me, choose to go on holiday without informing me of his forthcoming absence! When we agreed on another meeting and date and he was told by an employee of my arrival, he made me wait another approx. 15 minutes before he deemed it appropriate to appear. At this stage I was already in the queue at the check out ( having bought some goods), ready to leave ! This shop is to be avoided! I will certainly avoid it!
I received the order on November 24, 2025, with half the merchandise broken. I sent three emails to the carrier (Planzer is completely ineffective) as well as to Landi. I also called several times and sent another email on December 9th. As of today, December 12, 2025, I have received no response. No one has contacted me regarding a refund or replacement of the unusable items. So I am posting again and expecting a customer service department worthy of the name to respond! Following this post, the necessary steps were taken. I received a refund for the broken items in addition to a generous gesture of goodwill. Thank you!
