Die beste Metzgerei mit Feinkost in Flughafennähe! Produkte von höchster Qualität und fantastisches Personal und Service! Tolle Auswahl und jede Woche ein Vergnügen, hier einzukaufen und ein paar Worte mit den freundlichen Mitarbeitern/Inhabern auszutauschen. Sehr empfehlenswert!! Ich bin mehr als begeistert. Endlich habe ich wieder eine Metzgerei gefunden und auch wenn ich leider nicht in Bülach wohne, gehe ich gerne dorthin. Der Laden ist super sauber, alles ist schön arrangiert. Das Personal sowie die Chefin sind sehr nett, freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Ich zahle gerne etwas mehr und esse nicht jeden Tag Fleisch. Ich hoffe, dass der Laden so bleibt und noch lange geöffnet bleibt. Vielen Dank, liebes Fritz-Angst-Team. Du machst einen tollen Job. I bought three veal sausages from the grill in front of the shop this afternoon. One of the sausages had an unidentifiable yellow additive in the sausage meat. When I asked about it, I was very rudely told that this was normal?!? When I insisted, the sausage was replaced with the comment, "I don't want to discuss it." That was probably the last time I'll buy anything there…
I feel like I drive to Angst's butcher shop every Saturday to get their homemade sausage – it's a real treat! When I asked if the sausage contained preservatives, Mr. Angst personally took the time to explain everything to me in minute detail. You rarely experience that kind of personalized service these days – I really appreciate it. The quality of the products is sensational, and the service is top-notch. I can't understand some of the comments about "unfriendliness." Anyone who mistakes the direct, honest, and down-to-earth Swiss manner and authenticity for rudeness should probably ask themselves how they're getting on in life. Highly recommended!
We often shopped at Angst's butcher shop, and although the owner himself isn't exactly a friendly man, quality was what mattered to us. Last time, we bought veal cordon bleu for a hefty price! There was hardly any cheese, and the rest was 70% ham. We're happy to pay a price, but only for quality. For us, this was a rip-off, so this was our last purchase at Angst's butcher shop.
