Ich habe eine andere Vorstellung davon, was eine professionelle Immobilienverwaltung sein sollte. Ihre Arbeitsweise scheint stark auf eine einzelne Person fokussiert zu sein und erinnert eher an eine One-Man-Show als an eine professionell geführte Verwaltungsgesellschaft. Termine und organisatorische Abläufe werden nicht zuverlässig eingehalten, gleichzeitig gibt es viel Raum für Eigenwerbung. Andererseits habe ich eine transparente und konstruktive Kommunikation mit der Eigentümergemeinschaft weitgehend vermisst. Meiner Erfahrung nach werden kritische Fragen oft abgelenkt, manchmal sogar über Briefe von Anwälten statt im direkten Dialog. Wer unnötigen Ärger vermeiden will, sollte die Finger von dieser „Verwaltungsgesellschaft“ lassen.
Die Mitarbeiter von Immodue reagieren schnell und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die wertvolle Betreuung für uns Wohnungseigentümer ist professionell, pragmatisch und sehr freundlich. Wir wissen das sehr zu schätzen. Danke schön!

Outstanding management – highly recommended! I rented an apartment managed by Immodue for 2.5 years and can only say positive things. From the first contact to handing over the apartment, everything was absolutely exemplary. The management was always available and took care of everything immediately. I never felt like I was "just" a tenant; I was always treated with respect and appreciation.
