Ich war bei Brillen Bryner und bin rundum zufrieden. Der Kundenservice war absolut erstklassig – freundlich, aufmerksam und ehrlich. Sie nehmen sich wirklich Zeit, um ohne Druck und Hektik die perfekte Brille zu finden. Auch die Auswahl an Rahmen ist fantastisch.
I just bought two pairs of progressive lenses with sun protection and a slight mirror coating. Mr. Pasquali and his daughter Livia gave me very competent and patient advice. They also showed me a wide selection of fashionable glasses to suit my type. The ZEISS lenses are amazing! I would never have thought that ZEISS lenses would be so different from others. I strongly advise against this optician. I bought my first pair of glasses (CHF 850) at Brillen Bryner AG in Dietikon, even though they told me they wouldn't fit perfectly. As a first-time glasses wearer, I couldn't judge that. Unfortunately, it turned out that the glasses pressed extremely hard on my nose and caused severe headaches. Despite contacting them multiple times and the fact that the glasses are unacceptable for my health, the store refuses to offer any compensation or refund. No goodwill, no service – just excuses. I do not recommend anyone shop here. Poor customer service, zero accountability. This is no way to treat paying customers.
