Sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe das Internetangebot von Sunrise gekauft, noch bevor es aktiviert wurde, Sunrise hat den Preis erhöht! Im Grunde ist es ein Betrug. Ich habe einen Preis gekauft und dieser wurde einen Monat vor der Aktivierung erhöht. Das ist noch nicht alles, am Tag der Aktivierung hat Sunrise vergessen, dies zu tun. Sie können es am zweiten Tag nicht reparieren. Da ich von zu Hause aus arbeite, ist es eine Katastrophe. Ich kann die Hotline nicht erreichen. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!
Tolle Produkte, toller Kundenservice, tolle Marke... alles in allem meine Lieblingswahl beim E-Shopping!

QoQa is truly fantastic. Many of their products are from the premium segment, which is why the prices are a bit higher. However, the value for money is excellent. Out of all my numerous orders, I've only had two defects/complaints, both of which were resolved easily and to my complete satisfaction. Especially with online and in-store shopping, this kind of service is exceptional and deserves the highest praise.
