Exzellenter Service – schnell, unkompliziert und kompetent. Mein Fahrrad wurde sehr schnell und zu einem angemessenen Preis repariert. Es war kein Termin erforderlich; Ich konnte das Fahrrad einfach abgeben und wurde erneut kontaktiert, als es fertig war. Dies war auch bei einem Fahrrad der Fall, das ich vor einigen Jahren woanders gekauft hatte. Ich habe mich sogar kurz mit dem Inhaber über die aktuelle Marktsituation unterhalten – völlig entspannt und mit Mehrwert für interessierte Kunden. Sehr empfehlenswert.
