Respektloser Service! Nach der Wartung unserer Ecomatic-Kaffeemaschine an der Kantonsstrasse in 6033 Buchrain hat der Ecomatic-Techniker heute (14. August 2025, ca. 9:00 Uhr) seine schleimigen Kaffeereste direkt in die frisch gereinigte Toilette geschüttet. Ein echtes Geschwätz! Auf die höfliche Warnung unserer langjährigen Reinigungskraft reagierte er mit albernen, unterschwelligen Bemerkungen. So behandelt man Menschen oder ihre Arbeit nicht. Absolut unprofessionell!

The vending machines are only working halfway decently :( Twint, cards, and coffee sticks are the problem areas. Or sometimes there's no coffee at all. I don't think the company realizes what this means for the workday. How much it affects the morale of hundreds of dissatisfied employees when they can't get their coffee. There are also new issues with the payment terminal; watch the videos.
Top service, always very good drinks.
These vending machines are the most unreliable I've ever used 😅 Daily malfunctions are normal. At least the service technicians arrive quickly.
