This company built part of our detached house in 2017. We had a fantastic construction team, with the exception of this company. Unfortunately, we experienced numerous problems and defects during the construction phase, some of which still haven't been rectified. (Specifically, the issues include: planning, conduct, communication, cooperation, adherence to contracts and agreements, and overall quality.) The only thing that seems to work well is the machinery in their factory. Their lack of stability is also reflected in the high employee turnover. I wouldn't recommend this company. On a personal level, I never had any problems with any of the workers or management. However, anyone familiar with the construction industry knows how certain the standards of conduct can be, but in this particular case, I would describe the tone used by both direct employees and other tradespeople as almost antisocial.
