Der Türmotor ist kaputt gegangen. Ein Mechaniker traf ziemlich schnell ein und sagte, es sei kaputt, es seien keine Ersatzteile verfügbar und ich würde ein Angebot für ein Upgrade erhalten. Er verschwand, berechnete mir rund 300 CHF und erhielt nie das Angebot. Schrecklicher Service... Update: Sieben Wochen später kam endlich das Angebot – 5700 CHF für ein Upgrade (neuer Motor und ein paar Teile) – ein Witz! Dafür könnte ich mir einen kleinen Gebrauchtwagen kaufen. Die Tür befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus; Jetzt haben wir eine vollkommen gute manuelle Tür.

We are extremely dissatisfied with Record's service. A service was performed less than a year ago. Furthermore, the battery was replaced a few months ago, and now the door is malfunctioning again. Now we are being asked to sign a form stating that instead of warranty service, we will incur costs such as travel expenses and other charges. I consider this very poor service, especially given that a one-year warranty is provided on maintenance work.

Our automatic shop door broke down. After two hours on hold, a technician finally came three days later to prepare a quote. Before I even received the quote seven days later, we got the bill for the quote itself. Absolutely outrageous! And don't even get me started on the quote itself. It's a shame to end nearly 30 years of customer loyalty like this.
