Fabelhafte Aussicht!! Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und freundlich. Abends hätten sie etwas aufmerksamer sein können. Die Pizzen sind wirklich lecker und man kann recht flexibel auf Diätbeschränkungen eingehen. Gnocchis waren okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Die Desserts sind wirklich lecker, von Coupes über Tiramisu bis hin zu Affogato – alles sehr gut und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Tolle Aussicht, guter Kaffee, etwas langsamer Service, aber das SCHLECHTESTE Carpaccio de Manzo in meinem Leben! Ich habe das Rindercarpaccio bestellt, aber leider waren die Scheiben soooo dick, dass ich sie weder schneiden noch kauen konnte. Die Konsistenz fühlte sich unangenehm an, als würde man rohes Fleisch kauen, und am Ende musste ich etwas ausspucken, was zu Unwohlsein führte. Ich schaffte es nur, etwa ein Drittel der Portion zu essen, bevor ich der Kellnerin von dem Problem erzählte. Die Kellnerin war freundlich und bot an, das Gericht durch etwas anderes zu ersetzen, aber zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte ich bereits den Appetit verloren und fühlte mich ein wenig krank, also lehnte ich ab und bat sie, mein Feedback an den Koch weiterzuleiten. Allerdings war ich überrascht, dass das Gericht immer noch auf meiner Rechnung enthalten war, obwohl ich das meiste davon nicht essen konnte. Das war enttäuschend, da ich unter den gegebenen Umständen eine Geste des guten Willens erwartet hätte. Ich habe keine Szene gemacht und wir haben trotzdem alles gepaart, werden aber nicht wiederkommen.

La Vista offers a wide array of choices and has an amazing view of Zurichsee. However, the food is mediocre and the restaurant atmosphere is dated and not memorable. The service was fine but again not outstanding - quite functional. Found a stone - yes a stone like you would find on your driveway or pebble beach - in my risotto. Thought it was one of the seafood shells but it was a stone. A quick sorry from the server but that was it. Guess there’s time for everything. Sadly we won’t be returning but wish them all the best.

Love the view. There were three Waiters. One was not smiling, he does not seem to care about being friendly to the Guests. Second Waiter was a bit older than the two, he seemed to be very attentive and friendly. And third was Italian Waiter who does not speak Swiss/German, also not English so we had hard time asking how they are cooking their Pizza. It was rainy that day so we did not have the chance to sit outside. But I just love Switzerland so I still enjoyed their food. By the way, almost all nice Italian restaurant serve bread with olives and butter, they did not have anything for all the guest. It would be nice to talk and eat a bit of bread while waiting for the food. Must be new management. I am not sure. I still give it a four stars because of the nice view.
