Ich mag diesen Ort, weil er leicht zu erreichen ist, recht gute Parkmöglichkeiten, ein großes Gebäude und eine gute Auswahl bietet und das Personal hier hilfsbereit und nett ist. Es ist immer schön, hier einzukaufen.

Ich bin wirklich schockiert über den Kundenservice in diesem Filiale. Ich war in der Schweiz rund 100 Jumbos und habe noch nie etwas Schlimmeres als dieses gefunden Der Manager dort ist einfach arrogant und kundenfreundlich. Jumbo Central muss wirklich etwas unternehmen

impressive customer service ! I went there after I was unable to mount some part of a coffee machine since the part I had to replace was way too firmly attached. I had bought the machine in Seedamm-Center the day before. I mentioned the issue at the information counter. No question asked. Help was provided immediately. With smiles and much attention. Took them 5 to 10 minutes to fix the issue. In the meantime nice interactions was some other staff members. COVID times. Well organized... but many customers of course showing not much respect for the signage and the efforts they put to make this place as safe as possible. Anyway I was impressed by the friendliness and very customer oriented attitude. I can't repeat that enough ;-)

The staff are nice, but are too busy to help. You are on your own mostly. This store used to be much better before jumbo took over
