Eher enttäuschende Kommunikation. Meine erste Anfrage bezüglich Fahrzeuginspektion (MFK) und Reifen wurde kurz beantwortet. Als ich jedoch nach konkreten technischen Details zum Auto fragte, wurde mir plötzlich mitgeteilt, dass es bereits verkauft sei. Seltsamerweise ist das Auto auch Wochen später immer noch gelistet. So sollten Transparenz und Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

Ich habe dort einen Citroen gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden. Auch wenn am Anfang ein kleines Problem auftrat. Ich wurde nach Hause gefahren, das Auto wurde nach Hause gebracht und alles wurde ohne Probleme gelöst. Erstklassiger Service, keine Frage.

Rather unprofessional, no callback, nothing. It didn't matter whether I called or sent the requested information by email. This probably won't be my trusted car dealer. Just a few hundred meters away, I get top-notch service... and so many one-off 5-star reviews, huh! What a shame. Addendum: The pictures are misleading. This is definitely not a Ferrari dealer. Generally, no supercars, maybe wannabe ones at best...

The employees, especially the salespeople, exhibit extremely untrustworthy behavior. In my opinion, they're trying to rip me off. When I sent the confirmation for the purchase of a vehicle, the salesperson secretly showed the vehicle to other interested parties and sold it to someone else, even though he had promised to sell it to me. Receipts for repairs to the vehicle were dismissed with "you don't trust me" and never made. I recommend everyone stay away from this dealership.
