Ein Stern für Frauen, die dort mit kurzen Haaren arbeiten, sie sind so unhöflich, sie werfen Dinge herum, sogar mein Empfang wurde heute Abend nach mir geworfen. kein Respekt vor den Kunden. Die anderen Angestellten sind so nett, dass ich früher so oft kam, um Dinge einzukaufen, mich aber wegen ihr immer so unwohl gefühlt habe. Komme nicht zurück

Wir machen regelmäßig Urlaub in Kandersteg, aber dieses Mal haben wir uns in Frutigen umgeschaut und diesen Second-Hand-Laden entdeckt – zum Glück! Ein großer Laden mit großer Auswahl und übersichtlichen Artikeln (nicht einfach!). Wir haben viel Schönes zu fairen Preisen gesehen und auch einige tolle Sachen gefunden :) Die beiden Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und fair. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! A well-maintained and attractive secondhand shop. The owner, Mr. M. Moser, is excellent, and the two other employees are also nice, but the short-haired lady is a no-go! Unfriendly, curt, and apparently doesn't appreciate the merchandise. "Thank you" and "goodbye" aren't in her vocabulary—what a shame!

A very nice and decoratively furnished thrift store. The girls love their job, it's obvious right away. They always have a smile on their faces. What's important to me is that more appreciation and respect should be shown to all salespeople. They deserve it. Especially in a business like this, where the primary focus is on helping other people and their needs. For me, it's worth every franc to spend at a thrift store. This supports great projects. That's something we should focus more on than the very low prices. Keep up the good work 😀
