Beware of this scam!!! For a simple quote, you pay 500 CHF upfront. As it turns out, this amount isn't credited towards the project; it simply vanishes into thin air. Two weeks after my initial large payment, I realized during discussions that even after paying 15,000 CHF, I still wouldn't have a prototype in hand. It's worth noting that it was only a small, portable device. No work was done on it during the first week. In the second week, my initial appointment was postponed by three days, even though I had been told just a week prior that the timeframe was fully available. Shortly after this delayed appointment, I canceled the project and terminated the quote. The final invoice then claimed that 13 hours of work had been completed on the project, meaning 1800 CHF plus the 500 CHF advance payment were deducted from my refund—a completely disproportionate amount considering the entire project duration. Then, suddenly, the invoice claimed 13 hours of work had been completed on the project. All the hours were worked during a period when there was absolutely no collaboration – before the project even started. This post will not be deleted until an honest accounting is provided. There will be a response to this review that sounds very professional and friendly. It's all a facade. The company consists of only one man, even though they always refer to "WE."
