Sie ist freundlich und schneidet gut Haare. Was mich jedoch enttäuschte, war, dass sie ohne zu fragen Spülung, Shampoo und Haarspray für mehr Volumen verwendete. Meine Haare sind kurz. Was ich wollte, war klar: waschen, schneiden (1 cm abschneiden) und föhnen. Das ist alles. Für diesen Preis ist das nicht normal: Es kostete CHF 76.50. Früher habe ich in der Regel CHF 53 bezahlt (im Januar 2026). Das ist eine Abzocke. Mittellanges und langes Haar kostet typischerweise über CHF 70. Feedback: Eine transparente Preisliste, aus der klar hervorgeht, was enthalten ist und was nicht. Spülung, Shampoo und Haarspray sind nicht aufgeführt. Ich gehe lieber zu einem anderen Friseur mit transparenter Preisliste und fairen Preisen.

Despite my request, my hair wasn't washed beforehand. However, I still had to pay the same amount. They claimed that washing my hair was included in the price. I then emailed customer service. The response I received was very curt and impersonal. Luckily, there are other hair salons.

I'm extremely disappointed with the hairdresser, Roxana, who didn't take a single minute to discuss my desired hairstyle. Her commitment to the customer was absolutely nonexistent, and her attitude towards the customer was completely unacceptable. The prices are far too high for such poor service. I will never return. Truly disappointed.
