Hello Heinz, the star is -10 out of 10. Fidelis Treuhand AG manages four apartments in Gossau ZH belonging to me and my sister. One apartment was rented to my sister's daughter, even though I initially didn't want this. A rental agreement was then agreed upon, which stipulated that if rent was not paid, the lease would be terminated immediately. Now, this has happened: several rents have not been paid. Since Heinz is friends with the people involved, he hasn't done anything about it, even though it's clearly stated in the rental agreement. Promises are repeatedly made that aren't kept, or I'm put off, and certain things are dragged out unnecessarily. I also had him fill out my tax return, and suddenly I received a letter from the tax office with a reminder to submit my tax return within 10 days. Heinz simply left it lying around and forgot about it. But he was very quick to issue invoices.
