Ich habe heute die Swiss Bankers-Filiale in Großhöchstetten besucht, um nach einer Kontoeröffnung zu fragen, bin dort aber auf eine sehr seltsame Frau gestoßen, die in der Bank arbeitete und mich gebeten hat, die Bank zu verlassen. Achten Sie darauf, nicht dorthin zu gehen, um ein Konto zu eröffnen. Es ist besser, dies am Telefon zu tun, da es sonst zu beleidigendem Verhalten kommen könnte, das Ihnen den Tag verdirbt, anstatt dass es eine angenehme Erfahrung ist, bei einer neuen Bank zu arbeiten.

Ich habe Karten nur aufgeladen, damit das Geld nie auf der Karte angezeigt wird. Nachdem ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht hatte, wurden die Karten gesperrt, und das schon seit mindestens einem Monat andauernden Hin und Her. Wenn man bedenkt, dass ich vor zwei Jahren Karten sperren ließ, die nie wieder entsperrt wurden, sind meine Hoffnungen, dass die Angelegenheit gelöst wird, gering. Inakzeptable Probleme und inakzeptabler Service eines Zahlungsabwicklungsunternehmens.

Kein Kundenservice, die App ist voller Fehler, sie haben seit über 6 Wochen 3320 CHF von meinem Geld erhalten und werden nicht auf mein Bankkonto überwiesen. Es ist ein totaler Betrug.

What a nightmare! Been trying to figure it out where did my recharge of a swissbankers travelcash went for about a week. Customer support is basically useless, giving the same answers over and over they will tell you everyday that will contact back and get your situation resolved but never happening. I highly recommend to everyone stay away

I am very disapointed with SWISS BANKERS. I’ve difficult to get a new PIN CODE as i don’t know my PIN CODE and I can’t do a payment when i have to do a payment and i need to put my PIN CODE. It was my husband making this card for me. They even doesn’t wanna mention to me who is the owner of the card or who is the person making this card because of the security reason. It was absolutely my husband. How can they don’t trust me. They even can have all my data if needed. I anyways won’t have brave to do stealing the money from other people if it’s not my money, otherwise i will be going into PRISON if i do stealing. I am very disappointed with SWISS BANKERS. I WILL NO MORE USING SWISS BANKERS!!! Their customer service doesn’t help and keep their customer stay forever!!! Say “NO” to SWISS BANKERS very disappointed. 💔💔💔💔💔
