Einfach super Service 👍, egal ob Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kühlschrank oder Waschmaschine. Alles wird fachgerecht und unkompliziert repariert. Der Service von Markengeräten (Miele, Bauknecht, VZug etc.) kommt nie annähernd heran. …
Ein großes Lob an Herrn Mumenthaler für seinen Service/Rat und seine sorgfältige und präzise Arbeit. Der Kühlschrank funktioniert wieder einwandfrei. Und das alles zu Kosten, die unter der Schätzung lagen. → Das verdient eine 5-Sterne-Empfehlung!
For me, this is a perfect company, and Mr. Mumenthaler is a superb service technician—the best, in my opinion! He arrived, looked at the washing machine, and after 15 minutes told me a valve was defective, which he would have to order, and then the washing machine would be working again. If I had gone with the Miele or V-Zug technician, the first thing he would have said would have been: "You know, a 12-year-old machine isn't worth repairing anymore..." That's why I recommend supporting small businesses, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Willi Biser!

Very friendly, competent, and customer-oriented! The problem was solved after a phone call, the replacement part was picked up from Willi Biser Services, installed, and that was it! Excellent! I would gladly use their services again!
