Hätte gerne vorher gewusst, dass die online bestellte Ware aus Deutschland kommt…. Vielleicht ist es für Ihre Kunden eine Erwähnung wert, dass es sehr lange dauert und es vielleicht einfacher ist, zum nächsten Geschäft zu fahren und es zu kaufen … Ziemlich enttäuschend

I bought 21 packs of tiles online and paid for shipping. They arrived on a pallet and everything seemed fine. Four weeks later, when my installer unpacked them, he noticed that the tiles in three packs were completely broken – clearly damage in transit. But when I reported it, they told me the two-week return period had already expired and that they couldn't do anything. So I have to pay for the broken tiles myself... zero goodwill. Next time I'll go with the competition.

Very disappointed with Hornbach's service – misleading product availability practices I ordered an item listed as "in stock" on their website. After paying, I received an email informing me that the product wouldn't be delivered for another two weeks. A confusing exchange of emails ensued, where I was told I could cancel… or not. For me, this is pure and simple deception: displaying products as available when they aren't actually, just to attract orders. It's neither transparent nor respectful of the customer. They seem to manage shipments as they see fit, without any regard for the delivery times advertised at the time of purchase. Avoid them if you expect even a modicum of reliability or honesty in their inventory management.
