Das Paket wurde einfach vor unserer Tür abgestellt (wir wohnen an der Hauptstraße und direkt vor dem Eingang befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle). Wir waren zu Hause und niemand klingelte. Natürlich wurde das Paket gestohlen und Planzer lehnt nun selbstverständlich jegliche Verantwortung ab. Die Rechtsschutzversicherung wurde aktiviert.
Die Marktführer, wenn es darum geht, Pakete NICHT pünktlich zuzustellen. Pakete werden ständig verspätet zugestellt. Die nicht vorhandene Kommunikation und der miserable Ortungsdienst runden das Bild ab. Was für ein Witz! An Planzer: Gerne sende ich weitere Informationen per E-Mail. Zuschlag: CHF 2.00
Der Fahrer liefert an den falschen Ort, der Kundenservice weigert sich, etwas zu unternehmen.
The package was supposed to be left in a weatherproof spot at the front door. Instead, it was left in front of the garage in the rain. Everything is soaked. Incompetent.
I paid €89 for secure transport with a signature for a bike. Planzer delivered it without a signature (I feel cheated). They simply left the bike in the hallway, even with a broken brake lever, without saying a word. When I called, Planzer tried to weasel their way out of it and did nothing. This is no way to achieve customer satisfaction – they just take the money but do nothing else.
"You can leave the package." The package will not be left. "Not delivered - delivery notice left." No delivery notice left. I needed on-time delivery...
