Tolle lokale Bäckerei im alten Stil mit einer großen Auswahl an Brot und Gebäck. Ein Besuch ist wärmstens zu empfehlen, wenn Sie sich in der Gegend um den Thunersee aufhalten. Sie akzeptieren nur Bargeld. Die Preise sind sehr vernünftig und das Gebäck, das wir bei beiden Besuchen hatten, war köstlich!

For me, this is the benchmark by which all ham croissants must be measured. I buy ham croissants anytime, anywhere – and I can honestly say: these are by far the best. Value for money? Ridiculously good. Seasoning? Intense, savory, perfect! Exactly how a ham croissant should taste, not like a sad puff pastry pillow with an identity crisis. Every day I can buy a croissant, these ham croissants make my life measurably better. I'm not sure if it's the butter, the ham, or some secret recipe, but something is definitely going right here. In short: Anyone who claims to know a better ham croissant is lying. Or they've never been to Spicher's. 🥐✨

The bread is available across the street at the Hotel Gunten. Great! Next year I'll arrive earlier so I can buy some from you.

A small bakery with a wide selection of fine breads, pastries, and sweet specialties. Everything is homemade. Delicious Niesentorte (a local cake)! In winter, they offer tasty gingerbread. The staff is very friendly. You'll find the bakery on Spycherstrasse, just behind Seestrasse.
