Top Service, guter Preis
Ich schaute bei Jossi bei Hope1000.ch vorbei und brauchte dringend einen neuen Reifen. Er ließ alles fallen und kümmerte sich um mein Scott Spark 10. Er hatte den richtigen Reifen parat und sogar Bremsbeläge für die 10 Jahre alten Bremsen auf Lager. Exzellenter Service, und es hat so gut wie nichts gekostet.
Vielen Dank für Ihre spontane Hilfe bei meinem Gepäckträgersystem. Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Bern nach Luzern. Als ich fragte, ob jemand einen Moment Zeit hätte, antwortete der Mechaniker: „Ich werde mir die Zeit nehmen.“ Absolut erstklassiger Service, außerdem wollte er nur wenig Geld für die Materialien. Abysmal service! I don't usually say or rate anyone like this. BUT anyone who so reluctantly responds to a request with the answer "I don't have it" and considers it over and done with hasn't even begun to understand the purpose of service. It's their responsibility to procure the requested parts if possible, not to dismiss them with the curt "I don't have it." Even more serious is the fact that, according to the manufacturer, Jossi is the official authorized repair shop!
...spontaneously provided us with spare parts and tools, and with his help, saved our bike day! Very pleasant and highly recommended.
