Ich habe auch versucht, anzurufen, ohne Antwort. Ich rate künftigen Kunden davon ab, bei ihnen zu kaufen

Ich habe vor 3 Tagen einen Displayschutz aus gehärtetem Glas für mein iPhone bestellt und noch nichts erhalten!! Ich habe mit Twint bezahlt!!!! Die Lieferung sollte innerhalb von 24 Stunden eintreffen!! Was ist schief gelaufen???
Do I have to leave a negative review before anyone will listen?! So much for 24-hour delivery. I ordered last week, paid, and haven't received anything. Emails and calls go unanswered. There's a lot of room for improvement in terms of service and after-sales support!
I placed an order over two weeks ago and made the transfer immediately. However, the order is still pending, and I'm unable to contact anyone. My emails also remain unanswered. Update: Issue resolved following the review.
I still haven't received the goods after 3 days. So much for fast shipping. No response to my emails and they're not answering the phone. They already have the money since I paid with Twint. I hope my Airbops still arrive.
