Mammut hat uns beim Umzug unserer Schule geholfen und ich muss für jeden Schritt des Prozesses meine Dankbarkeit und Wertschätzung zum Ausdruck bringen. Von der ersten Besichtigung des Angebots über die sorgfältige Planung der Kartonlieferung bis hin zum wundervollen Umzugstag. Das Team kam pünktlich an, arbeitete sorgfältig und fleißig und schloss den Umzug unserer Schule ab. Ein Umzug ist bekanntermaßen ein stressiges Ereignis, aber Mammut hat uns unglaublich unterstützt und den Stress gelindert! Ich hoffe zwar, dass ich nicht bald wieder umziehe ;) Ich weiß, wen ich anrufen werde, wenn ich umziehe!
Wir haben uns aufgrund ihres Geschäftsprofils für ein „professionelles“ Umzugsunternehmen entschieden, so dachten wir zumindest. Leider lief es nicht reibungslos und es kam zu einigen Schäden (die dort passieren können, wo Menschen arbeiten). Das Boxspringbett war aufgebaut, musste aber von uns demontiert werden, da es nicht richtig ausgerichtet (bündig) war. Wir haben mehrere Mitarbeiter kontaktiert (Frau Meri, „erstklassig“, leider nicht mehr im Unternehmen; dann Frau Mero, ebenfalls nicht mehr im Unternehmen); und Herr Afschin Meilen sagte, sie würden das Problem lösen. Trotz zahlreicher Telefonanrufe und E-Mails seit Juli 2024 gab es keine Lösung. Der Versicherungsberater der Firma (Baloise) in der Schadenabteilung empfahl uns, noch einmal Kontakt aufzunehmen, da wir einige Möbel bereits entsorgt hatten. Er meinte, es wäre dankbar, wenn Mammut das Problem zumindest mit zwei Stücken angehen könnte. Es ist eine Schande; Leider können wir dieses Unternehmen nicht guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Trotzdem alles Gute.
Nicht zu empfehlen, da viele Möbelstücke beschädigt waren und die Reinigung äußerst schlecht und unprofessionell war. Sorry, eigentlich 0 Sterne.
Mammut Facility actively supported me with my move! The work was carried out promptly and with great care. I am very grateful and impressed with the work of the three employees! I highly recommend the company! I also had Mammut Facility clean my apartment for the final cleaning. After the cleaning, I was able to leave the apartment spotlessly clean and without any complaints! Many thanks to the excellent team! You were fantastic!
Moving in June 2024: My advice to future customers: If damage occurs during your move, consider whether you want to pay the full amount immediately before any outstanding issues are resolved. After nine months, and only thanks to my legal expenses insurance, my case was finally settled in March 2025. Even after contacting my legal expenses insurance in December, Mammut Moving initially continued to ignore our inquiries. Positive & Criticism: The four-person moving team was friendly and dedicated, and customer service was also friendly. We booked a complete move, including professional piano transport. However, the company's policies raise questions: => Customer focus: Customer needs are completely ignored and eventually, the customer is completely disregarded. => Inadequate breaks: The employees worked almost non-stop – only a coffee break in the morning. When asked, they said this was sufficient. This seems neither ideal for the employees' health nor their productivity. => Missing equipment during piano transport: Around 5 p.m., the piano was moved – without carrying straps or a lift. The understandably exhausted movers slipped at the old address, damaging the piano. Damage can happen, that's okay, and that's what insurance is for. I paid the full amount on moving day, trusting that the damage would be handled professionally. But from that point on, an extremely disappointing experience began. Customer service: The contact was friendly, but despite months of polite and patient communication on my part, I was repeatedly put off, ignored, or fobbed off with excuses. Allegedly, the responsible contact person was sick, on vacation, or no longer with the company. Even after six months, the company showed no serious effort to settle the claim. It's disappointing that customers are treated this way. I wonder if they would have remained as polite if I had withheld payment until the damage was settled? Conclusion: I wish the employees all the best and hope they will insist on better working conditions in the future. To management: Making employees work without breaks and sending them out without suitable equipment is unacceptable. The way customers are treated is equally questionable. Put yourself in my shoes – would you consider such an experience fair and professional and recommend Mammut Moving Company?
My move was amazing. I hired the company yesterday at short notice, and today the move of approximately 250 km was successfully completed, and for an unbeatable price! Both men were very friendly, helpful, hard-working, and super fast. Despite narrow roads and other adversities, they handled the move very professionally with the large van and trailer in tow. Everything arrived here in perfect condition. Many thanks to everyone involved. I would highly recommend the company.
