Bester Treuhänder! Ich habe mit der Steuererklärung und diversen anderen Angelegenheiten nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
Zur Wohnungsverwaltung: Leider geht alles sehr langsam voran. Ohne Rechtsschutz und ohne Mitgliedschaft in einer Mietervereinigung ist es nicht sehr angenehm. Manchmal bekommt man keine Antwort. Das Thema Hausmeisterarbeit ist sehr ungewiss und undefiniert, man nimmt aber gern Bezahlung an. Schade, denn die Wohnungen sind eigentlich schön.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Meine Steuererklärung wurde schnell und professionell bearbeitet. Vielen Dank.
