Schreckliche Erfahrung
Der für mein dringendes Anliegen zuständige Ansprechpartner war vier Wochen lang nicht erreichbar. Sein Stellvertreter sollte mich zurückrufen, aber leider habe ich immer noch nichts gehört. Ein Stern ist schon zu viel.
The staff are supposed to be there to provide services, but they treat us customers like a nuisance. Poor organization; they simply change the rules without any communication. Now, to show weapons, you have to come twice because there's no one in charge on site. Yeah, as a civilian, you have plenty of time to make multiple trips, right? ☹️😡
I wanted to pick up combat boots today. The logistics center was closed due to a "spontaneous staff shortage." Of course, there was no mention of this online. It's better to call before going there.
I received good advice about the shoes. Tip: You can also get the materials for free at the RS (Reserve School).
