Zügelheld ist schnell, freundlich und verantwortungsbewusst. Wir schätzten, dass sie beim Transport zerbrechlicher Gegenstände vorsichtig waren und ihre Schuhe an der Tür immer auszogen, um den neuen Ort so sauber wie möglich zu halten. Selbst als ich ein Missverständnis über das Angebot hatte, waren sie professionell und seriös und haben alles vor unserem Umzug geklärt.

The administration is very chaotic. Unfortunately, many mistakes are made when planning the move. The customer is charged almost ten times more for disposal than the cost to Zügelheld. Finally, the only positive experience was with the removal men on moving day. They were pleasant, efficient, and worked to my satisfaction.

They handled my entire move, including painting and the final inspection of the apartment. It was a very pleasant experience. Minor issues raised by the (very picky) landlord were resolved without hesitation and taken care of immediately on site. The managing director himself was present and organized the entire process very professionally.
