Von Anfang bis Ende verlief alles reibungslos. Von der Angebotsanfrage bis zum eigentlichen Umzug habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der gesamte Prozess war äußerst effizient. Das Team ist so gut eingespielt; Jeder Handgriff ist perfekt ausgeführt. Das Unternehmen wurde mir empfohlen und ich würde es auch anderen empfehlen. Hut ab vor euch, ihr macht einen fantastischen Job!
Umzug innerhalb der Stadt Luzern. Neuer Standort ohne Aufzug (2. Etage). Vielen Dank an das Gafner-Team für den reibungslosen Umzug. Alles hat perfekt geklappt. Vielen Dank an Manuel und Marina für ihren Rat und ihre Flexibilität. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Umzugsteam! Sie arbeiteten effizient, sehr sorgfältig, waren gut gelaunt und in jeder Hinsicht unglaublich stark. Gut gemacht! Sehr empfehlenswert!
Ein motiviertes, zuverlässiges, starkes, unkompliziertes und ruhiges Team hat den Teilumzug souverän gemeistert. Letztendlich kostete der Umzug trotz vorheriger Besichtigung vor Ort rund CHF 400.00 mehr. Dennoch würde ich das Team der Gafner GmbH wieder engagieren, da sie mir hilfreiche Tipps und Hilfestellungen gaben und auch ihr Sinn für Humor ein Pluspunkt war. Ausgezeichnete Arbeit. The communication was quick, friendly, and highly professional. Marina took plenty of time to advise us over the phone and give us helpful tips, even though we hadn't scheduled an appointment yet. You can immediately tell that they work with a lot of dedication and a customer-focused approach. We would be happy to work with Gafner again in the future and can definitely recommend them!
It couldn't be better! Truly professional from start to finish. A very friendly team that mastered even the most difficult access routes (narrow alleys, steep, narrow driveway). The moving goods were handled very carefully; everything was well padded, secured, loaded, and carefully carried by the team. No scratches or other damage, simply smooth and, above all, super efficient! The move was completed within a few hours (including the longer journey). The price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect! Worth every penny! Fair terms, a great, friendly team, excellent communication. I can truly recommend M. + B. Gafner GmbH without reservation.
A very reliable, efficient, and friendly moving company. Thanks to the initial on-site visit, the professionals know exactly what to expect, and the client receives a competent quote. And they even throw in some free tips and tricks during the move ;-). I highly recommend them.
