Ich habe das Auto kürzlich bei Enterprise gemietet und die Erfahrung war gut. Ich habe die Vollkaskoversicherung abgeschlossen, es gab also keine Ansprüche. Zusätzlich mache ich die Reservierung von ihrem Büro im Büro Balsberg in Kloten aus. Es ist nur 1 km vom Büro in Zürich entfernt und Sie können 100 CHF sparen, indem Sie den Flughafenzuschlag nicht zahlen.
Mieten Sie niemals ein Auto bei ihnen. Ich habe einen Jeep Cherokee gebucht und sie haben mir einen defekten Renault mit beschädigten Rädern gegeben. Sie betrügen dich. Ihre Autos sind defekt, keine Hilfe. Kein Service, keine Antwort. Wenn Sie bei ihnen mieten möchten, mieten Sie auf eigenes Risiko. Es ist besser, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen. Nach zwei Tagen Service habe ich bei ihnen angeheuert. Ich hatte Fotos und Videos und sie sagten, das Fahrzeug an verschiedenen Orten zu wechseln und Lärm zu machen, und nachdem ich es abgesetzt hatte, haben sie das Geld ohne Angabe von Gründen von Ihrem Konto abgebucht
Ich möchte die junge Frau Dolma loben, die am Donnerstag, den 22. Januar 2026, am Schalter von ZRH war. Mein Flug hatte fast 2 Stunden Verspätung. Sie hatte bereits für die Nacht geschlossen. Als ich ankam und ihr klar wurde, wie verzweifelt ich war, startete sie das System und erledigte alles so schnell und effizient, dass ich für den Service nach Mitternacht nicht extra bezahlen musste. Um 23:57 Uhr überreichte sie mir die Schlüssel. Tolle Arbeit, Dolma, und vielen, vielen Dank.
I have been using Enterprise for a few years now and every single time the experience has been great. They have amazing cars in good condition and the staff is very friendly. One of the staff members Monica was very helpful. As we were using Enterprise for a while she also gave us an upgrade. I highly recommend Enterprise for renting out cars.
Car Rental at Alamo – Geneva Airport, Switzerland I want to warn everyone about the scam this rental company is doing to its customers!! In my case, I received a car in July 2025 with scratches on the wheels, and these damages were already mentioned in the check-in report. Even so, I made a video and took photos confirming these damages. Because the car pick-up location at Geneva Airport was dark and narrow, I recorded the evidence immediately after leaving the parking area. The rental company did not accept my evidence and is now charging me around 700 CHF for damages that already existed on the car. I want to alert everyone not to rent cars from this company (Alamo) — the charge is unfair and shows a complete lack of ethics toward customers!
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. We rented a car a month ago and before checking with the client, they charged us a fee of 2000 CHF for damages in the car, when we'd reported personally to their employees and via the app, the day we picked up the car. We called to the number that is online, and you end up talking to a machine that's says you should claim through their online help desk. We initiated 3 different tickets on this website, and we didn't have an answer, not even per e-mail . After a month, I presented myself on their customer desk (if you would call it like that), and as you can see in the photos, there was nobody to answer. I began looking for their employees until I found them in the parking lot. No employee could help me, they told me there's no one responsible for customer service. Finally, I've decided I will take legal action on the swiss subsidiary Helvetic Motion AG and their branding company, which is Enterprise. Really, there is no company I've dealt in my whole life with this kind of lack of service. Total scam, do not hire this company!!!
