VORSICHT!!! Ich habe einen NEUEN Lieferwagen gekauft, der ein Wasserleck hatte, das mir schon auffiel, bevor ich das Geschäft verließ. Ich habe stundenlang darauf gewartet, dass es „repariert“ wurde, was jedoch nicht der Fall war. Schlechte Nachbetreuung und unhöflich am Telefon. Vermeidet die Übernahme von Verantwortung, Zitat Management „Jedes Neufahrzeug, das unsere Werkstatt verlässt, hat irgendein Problem“ Herr Kaufmann. Kosten für Reparaturen – nicht viel von der Garantie abgedeckt.

Good day everyone We got advice from your team about caravans at the Autumn Fair 2021 in Bern. They were very competent. We reordered for autumn 2022. It took a lot longer, of course 😄 From Knaus... Delivery in February 2023. Excellent introduction by the workshop manager... They thought of everything! Since I completely renovated a motorhome myself in 2011, I know all about the pitfalls of millimeters, grams, vibrations, etc. After a 4-day test in rough terrain, I can say: I AM 98% SATISFIED. And the 2% is cosmetic fuss on my part. EVERYTHING works as it should, as ordered. The kids are happy with their own beds, and I'm having fun with the Moovers. 😜 We thank the team for all their services and the pre-assembly of the 4 support brackets for the walls...
