Unser Sohn hat eine Hausstaubmilbenallergie. Wir haben milbendichte Matratzenschoner verwendet. Dies führte in den wärmeren Monaten dazu, dass er übermäßig schwitzte. Deshalb haben wir ihm vor den Sommerferien ein Kissen und eine Bettdecke mit Bioneem gekauft. Ungefähr zwei Wochen nach den Sommerferien bemerkten wir nachts sehr starke Hustenanfälle. Auch unser Sohn kratzte sich im Schlaf ununterbrochen am Kopf und am Oberkörper. Ich habe sein Kissen und seine Bettdecke durch ein Bioneem-Kissen und eine Bettdecke mit staubmilbenfesten Matratzenschonern ersetzt. Eine halbe Stunde später hustete mein Sohn nicht mehr. Ich habe dann Albis Bedding kontaktiert und wollte die Bettdecke und das Kissen zurückgeben. Sie weigerten sich, weil das Bettzeug benutzt worden war. Fazit: Bioneem ist nicht für Allergiker geeignet.

Addendum: The consumer affairs program "Kassensturz" tested a top product from a top brand that you also represent. However, this test has nothing to do with your customer service and expertise. Therefore, in the future, I prefer a proper specialist retailer where I am willing to pay more and have less hassle in the event of a complaint or warranty claim. Even after a purchase, you need to have a certain amount of patience with the customer and be able to offer solutions.
