Mein letzter Einkaufsbummel heute dort. Unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert. Um 18:17 Uhr teilte mir die junge Dame mit, dass sie schließen würde. Der Kiosk schließt um 18:15 Uhr, ich konnte zwar online nachsehen, aber der Kiosk war noch geöffnet. Als ich fragte, warum sie so unflexibel und unfreundlich sei, antwortete sie: „Bezahlen Sie meine Überstunden?“

Dieser K-Kiosk ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen!!! Als ich heute etwas abholen wollte, was ich bei Too Good To Go bestellt hatte, war eine sehr kleine, dunkelhäutige Frau da, die mir vorwarf, ich sei nicht früher gekommen, obwohl ich pünktlich war. Sie war einfach zu faul, mich noch einmal zu bedienen und mir die Artikel oder das Geld zurückzugeben. Denken Sie wirklich sorgfältig darüber nach, bevor Sie dort etwas kaufen. Im Moment kenne ich dort nur zwei Leute, die tatsächlich bereit sind zu arbeiten.

I wanted to go to the kiosk this morning, October 24th, at 7:50 a.m. It was closed online, but marked as open. It's usually always open at this time. The staff also shows the poor organization of the junk shop!

This is a real old-fashioned kiosk, the kind you remember from back in the day. I like that. I received friendly service, got everything I needed, and even managed to snag a half-price bargain. The opening hours are a bit odd, though: why close at 6:15 pm? A little early, I think.

Rude treatment of customers; the young man from the former Yugoslavia treats customers disrespectfully and is rude. I will no longer buy anything at this kiosk. Please address this with your staff.
