Herr Thommen (CEO) von Elentec hat uns bereits bei der Angebotsanfrage positiv informiert und kompetent beraten. Nach einigen Stolpersteinen mit dem Kanton bezüglich der Bewilligung „für Zaunelemente“ gingen wir sogar bis zum Bundeshaus. Dieses System galt damals sogar als eines der Pioniersysteme der Schweiz. Wir wurden von Herrn David Thommen und Herrn Klaus Niederhauser gut beraten und die Installation der gesamten Anlage wurde von den Mitarbeitern zuvorkommend, schnell und professionell abgewickelt. Eine kleine Anpassung wurde schnell und zufriedenstellend durchgeführt. Wir haben ein gutes Gefühl für die Zukunft. Später erhielt das Unternehmen das Zertifikat „Guter Installateur“. Wir können dieses Solarunternehmen (die Solarprofis) mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Ich bin mit der von Elentec installierten Solaranlage sehr zufrieden. Sowohl die Erstberatung als auch die Installation und Inbetriebnahme verliefen einwandfrei. Elentec weiß schon vor mir, was auf meinem Dach passiert. Vielen Dank für den hervorragenden Service!
I am very satisfied with the work and services of elentec GmbH – and have been for years. I have been working with elentec GmbH on renovations and modifications to our house since 2010. We recently had a 15.11 kWp integrated photovoltaic system installed on the roof. At the same time, smart home components were added. I find elentec GmbH to be reliable and innovative.
A very competent partner for all matters concerning solar systems and storage. The execution and planning are top-notch. Deadlines are met. The flow of information and support after installation also met my expectations. The only thing that took a while in my case was the final invoice, which isn't entirely negative.
