Schlechter Kundenservice. Ich bin mit meiner Maschine, die gut funktionierte, aus Großbritannien hierher gezogen. Die Maschine wurde vor ein paar Monaten zur Wartung und für eine kleine Reparatur dorthin geschickt und funktionierte erneut nicht mehr. Keine Antwort auf meine Anrufe und keine Antwort auf meine E-Mails. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was mit diesen Leuten los ist. Auch mein Café hat aus ähnlichen Gründen davon abgeraten.
Enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich habe eine gebrauchte Mina bei diesem offiziellen Dalla Corte-Händler in der Schweiz gekauft. Bei meinem zweiten Besuch habe ich die Maschine nicht noch einmal begutachtet, bevor ich sie abgeholt habe. Die Maschine war bereits verpackt und transportbereit. Ich habe diesem offiziellen Händler voll und ganz vertraut. Als ich die Maschine auspackte, stellte ich Mängel fest. Rogalla behauptet, die Mängel seien auf den Transport in meinem Auto zurückzuführen. Dies ist nicht der Fall. Seitdem habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Denken Sie zweimal darüber nach, bevor Sie ihre Dienste in Anspruch nehmen.

I highly recommend the course to everyone! For me, as a beginner, it was very helpful to be able to take in all the information and tips. Everything was explained very clearly, and I had the opportunity to test out many machines and mills to gain firsthand experience.
