Wir waren gestern beim Thun-YB-Derby in der Stockhorn Arena und haben ein paar Pommes bekommen. Leider waren sie völlig kalt und ausgetrocknet. Das war ziemlich enttäuschend, vor allem bei einer Veranstaltung, bei der man etwas Neues erwarten würde. Im Nachhinein waren wir froh, nicht zwei Portionen bestellt zu haben. Schade.
Schon bei Ihrer Ankunft spüren Sie die besondere Atmosphäre: gemütlich, einladend und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur komfortabel, sondern versprühen auch einen bezaubernden alpinen Charakter – perfekt, um Sie sofort in Urlaubsstimmung zu versetzen.
Hüttenzauber war der Caterer für Energy Air 2025 in der Stockhorn Arena. Ich habe mich für die Pommes entschieden, die köstlich und von ausgezeichneter Qualität waren. Trotz des großen Andrangs war das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, was einen positiven ersten Eindruck hinterließ. Leider hat die Organisation das Erlebnis erheblich getrübt: Die Wartezeit betrug rund 45 Minuten, was für eine Großveranstaltung dieser Größenordnung sehr lang ist. Darüber hinaus war das Warteschlangensystem verwirrend, so dass einige Leute unsicher waren, ob sie überhaupt in der richtigen Schlange standen. Obwohl alles bargeldlos ablief, was im Allgemeinen praktisch ist, konnte dieser Vorteil den chaotischen Ablauf nicht ausgleichen. Gerade bei einer Veranstaltung wie der Energy Air wäre eine bessere Vorbereitung und Organisation entscheidend gewesen. Insgesamt ist der Eindruck gemischt: gutes Essen und freundliches Personal, aber erhebliches Verbesserungspotenzial in der Organisation.
Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of working with the Hüttenzauber team as the organizer for the Swiss Epic in Davos and La Punt. Julia, Roslä, and Paolo were the friendliest, most competent, and, not least, incredibly hardworking colleagues imaginable! It was a joy to work with them, and the food was wonderful! They had to serve around 900 meals at lunchtime for race participants and crew, and another 150 or so in the evening for the crew alone. The feedback was excellent; everyone loved the food. I didn't hear a single negative comment. This is especially remarkable considering that these three exceptional individuals were on their feet for about 15 hours a day for a whole week to accomplish this! I only worked half the hours, and I can only bow down to their achievement! I hope Hüttenzauber will be booked for this event again next year, and I'm already looking forward to working with them again!
Good day According to online sources, you are the caterer at the Stockhorn Arena for FC Thun matches. It would be fantastic if you sought professional advice for the upcoming season so that the catering can finally operate at a Super League level. Currently, it's an organizational disaster and disastrous negative publicity for FC Thun and the stadium. The staff is friendly, and the food quality is okay. But the handling, the process from ordering to delivery, and the entire preparation for the influx of guests is a complete failure. Clearly, you have zero interest in maximizing sales and satisfying the fans. This is utterly incomprehensible.
There's room for improvement with the sausages at the Stockhorn Arena! Dear Kappeler Gastro AG: Now that FC Thun is (deservedly) back in the A-Class, the sausages sold at the Stockhorn Arena urgently need a quality upgrade. The veal sausage tastes good, but the casing used is a disaster! The same goes for the "Tuna Sausage." Both sausages have such thick and tough casings that one seriously wonders what the butcher who makes them is doing. The reviews speak for themselves (2.1!). If I were you, I'd take a very close look at your operations immediately.
