Während der Hausbauphase bestellten wir mehrere Container in allen möglichen Größen und mussten auch große Säcke entsorgen. Der Service war immer ausgezeichnet: pünktlich, genau dort geliefert, wo wir es brauchten. Und wenn sie sich nicht sicher waren, riefen sie schnell an und berieten uns über die beste Platzierung. Das Personal am Telefon war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Online-Bestellung ist unglaublich einfach – das Formular könnte eine kleine Auffrischung gebrauchen, aber das ist wirklich pingelig ;-)

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren mit Unterbrechungen Kunde und muss mich einfach aufrichtig bedanken. In all den Jahren wurden Aufträge stets professionell und zeitnah ausgeführt. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Sogar die Schalungsbretter unter dem Container (zum Schutz des Bodens) wurden beim Abholen des Containers ordentlich zur Seite gelegt – wo findet man das heutzutage sonst noch? Ich kann Neuenschwander wärmstens empfehlen.

What happened to me today is outrageous! I took a small plastic serving stand, a plastic garden umbrella holder, and two small pieces of Styrofoam to the recycling center! I had to pay 10 francs for it! Next time, I'm just throwing everything in the woods.

We needed a skip for mixed demolition waste. The tricky part was that it had to be placed directly in front of an underground parking garage entrance. Neuenschwander AG adhered precisely to the short, agreed-upon timeframe. Everything went like clockwork. We would gladly work with this competent and reliable company again.

Disposing of and recycling is a good thing, and I do my part. In Neuenschwander, you can easily drop off what needs to be disposed of. Yesterday, I had to buy household plastic bags at the post office again so I could dispose of the plastic in my community (unfortunately, so much is still packaged in plastic). However, I was very surprised to discover that the price of the bags had increased by 20%! I find this price hike rather excessive. It's almost like a "penalty" for recycling. What a shame.
