Als Neukunde habe ich von Quickline leider viele falsche Informationen erhalten. Die mobilen Daten von Swisscom sind nicht die gleichen wie die von Sunrise. Bezüglich Internet, TV und Mobile XL-Abo mit eSIM war es nicht ganz einfach. Meine Beschwerde bei Quickline wurde schnell bearbeitet. Meine 5 Sterne gebe ich dem Evolon Quickline Shop in Lyss. Meine Anliegen wurden sofort bearbeitet und gelöst. Vielen Dank, so soll es sein! Ich war 20 Jahre Swisscom-Kunde und habe mich für den Wechsel zu Quickline entschieden. 👍
Der Kundenservice von ESAG, auch bekannt als EVOLON, ist zugänglich und erreichbar. Sie haben es mit echten Menschen zu tun, die tatsächlich zurückrufen. Großartig!
What truly sets ESAG apart, and is unfortunately no longer a given among larger companies these days, is its excellent telephone accessibility during opening hours. Every time I called, there was always someone available who could either help me directly with my issue or connect me immediately with the appropriate person. This straightforward and efficient telephone service is remarkable and saves valuable time and stress. It's extremely pleasant to know that if you have questions or concerns, you won't be stuck on endless hold or wait in vain for a call back. The telephone representatives are friendly and appear well-trained to handle inquiries and forward them accordingly.
It's a shame, I was actually always happy with Quickline and recommended it everywhere. Since we moved two years ago, nothing has worked. The modem has been replaced twice, the internet is still terrible, and watching TV is reminiscent of the 70s. Although even then, you could watch movies without constant picture interference. We will definitely switch, because apart from replacing the modem, nothing is being done.
I had problems with my TV box. The problem was solved quickly and competently.
